Excellent bed and breakfast, highly recommended!

Lovely room, spacious and scrupulously clean with everything we needed. Large comfy bed. En suite shower room was nice with a well functioning shower. Friendly, welcoming hosts, an excellent breakfast and a fabulous view from the front of the hotel!

The extractor fan in the bathroom flapping in the wind woke us up a couple of times. Narrow concrete steps up from the car park would difficult to negotiate for those with limited mobility.

    Excellent family run B&B

The location overlooking the lock was exceptional. We had a balcony overlooking this which was appreciated. Monica was an excellent host and we had a phenomenal Scottish breakfast. The B&B was clearly run with both passion and professionalism and we would definitely go back.

    There was nothing to dislike!
