Incuria e abbandono
La terrazza fronte mare è molto bella. Gentilezza del proprietario una volta arrivato per pulire l'appartamento. Per il resto ..... incuria e abbandono.
Esperienza terribile. Dopo la prenotazione non ci è stata data alcuna indicazione x il check in; abbiamo scritto x avere informazioni sul parcheggio e non abbiamo avuto risposta. Quando all'arrivo, dopo aver telefonato, finalmente siamo riusciti ad entrare (alle 16.30) la camera non era stata pulita e riordinata: tutto sporco e in disordine come lasciato dai precedenti occupanti. Abbiamo telefonato di nuovo protestando per la situazione e aspettato oltre 50 minuti che arrivasse qualcuno. La pulizia è stata poi fatta in fretta e furia dal proprietario in modo approssimativo. Siamo riusciti ad entrare verso le 19.00. Unico punto a favore è che si è scusato moltissimo, ma l'appartamento mostra evidenti segni di abbandono e gestione superficiale e non professionale: l'armadio e il mobiletto del bagno sono rotti; lo scaldabagno perde; i rubinetti e la doccia sono intasati dal calcare; le lenzuola andrebbero sostituite perché hanno visto troppi lavaggi e le macchie ormai sono perenni; la dotazione della cucina è miserevole. L'appartamento è modesto, ma basterebbe qualche attenzione e manutenzione in più per renderlo più accogliente. Peccato perché la posizione è ottima e la terrazza molto bella.

Petit appartement idéalement situé, avec une vue sur la plage et un accès direct à celle-ci en moins de 30 secondes. C’était l’endroit parfait pour une parenthèse de détente à Matala. Tout est accessible à pied : restaurants, commerces et plage sont à proximité immédiate, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement du village sans avoir besoin de voiture. Le logement offre un cadre simple mais très agréable, contribuant au charme et à l’authenticité du séjour.
Le seul petit bémol concerne la salle de bain : le rideau de douche ainsi que la douche elle-même mériteraient d’être légèrement rénovés ou mieux fixés. Cela reste toutefois un détail et n’a en rien gâché notre séjour.

Direkt am Strand, mit Blick auf die Höhlen, Restaurants, Kneipen und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe, leider so nah, dass die, zugegebenermaßen tolle Musik, bis Morgens um halb vier zu hören war. Aber wenn man es weiß kann man sich darauf einstellen. Das Studio ist vom Strand aus zu erreichen und von der Straße aus schwer zu finden. Der Eigentümer ist super freundlich und hat uns zudem einen Begrüßungs Ouso eingeschenkt. Bei der Einweisung gut zuhören, dann habt ihr eine tolle Zeit. Kleiner Tipp, geile Live-Musik, abends am VW Käfer. Auf den Sonnenliegen am Strand kann entgagener Schlaf nachgeholt werden.
Schade dass wir nur zwei zin Matala waren, haben uns aber gesteigert, vor zwei Jahren waren nur 3 Stunden zu Besuch.
