Très bel appartement et des prestations de qualité
Superbe contact avec Francesca qui nous a permis de rentrer dès notre arrivée à la Spezia. L’appartement est superbe ! Propre, moderne, très bien équipé avec des matériaux d’excellente qualité. L’emplacement est au cœur de la ville à quelques pas du port et à 17 minutes à pied de la gare. Recommandé à 100%.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene
Appartamento molto accogliente e pulito, all’arrivo abbiamo trovato dolcetti sul tavolo, acqua in frigo, mentre in bagno pantofole e spazzolini usa e getta. Host molto elastico e comprensivo. Zona molto fornita e attiva la sera, ci siamo trovati benissimo

It met my needs!
Location to downtown
The smell when I arrived to the apartment. Smelt like sewage. Had to buy a room spray to mask the smell. Alerted the landlord but she said there was nothing she could do.
