The work takes place from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00; there is no work on weekends or public holidays. During this period, some of the balconies may be covered with safety netting, which may obstruct views and reduce the amount of natural light entering the property. The interiors of the flats, the swimming pool and access to the building are operating as normal.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Opposite the harbour,near great restaurants and a supermarket.
It was a perfect location,clean,basic cooking facilities for what we needed. Restaurants and icecream shops on the doorstep. Supermarket around the corner. Small pool on the roof a bonus. We booked due to the view,however when we arrived there was no view,due to work being carried out. When we returned I searched through emails and had missed one 6 weeks before,stating about the work and did we want to cancel and get a full refund or get a small discount and still stay. The housekeeper who met us on arrival only spoke Spanish so hard for us to find out when we arrived regards the work. We did gather the swimming pool.was on the 6th floor,but in the dark regards why there was no view on table and chairs on the balcony! We made the most of the holiday and didnt let it spoil it,we sat out opposite on the harbour,it would have been better to sit on the balcony and enjoy our food and drink with the view but we made the best of the situation.
Having no balcony to use ,use the view,which is why we booked the apartment! Like I mentioned, we were informed-in Spanish also(we speak English) and we missed the email.

Bon emplacement mais mal insonorisé
L’emplacement et la facilité du parking
Les travaux extérieur de la façade + le festival jusqu’à 3h du matin. Indépendant de l’hôte mais nous prévenir de ces événements auraient pu être fait.
