  Don't hesitate to book, splendid apartment

  The owners are very nice and helpful. The appartment was very well equipped, very clean, spotless i should say. The needs were comfortable. The swimming pool was cold but it was doable, i swam anyway.

  The only thing is the shower curtain. It fell down a few times.

  Spacious, well equipped apartment in an excellent location suitable for longer stays

  Excellent spacious and comfortable apartment with well equipped kitchen all great for our 3 week stay. Easy walking distance to all local amenities and seaside promenade plus good road links for exploring the island by car and bicycle. Monika friendly and helpful, always responded quickly to any questions both before and during our stay. Will definitely stay again.

  There are two on site car parking spaces but they are often taken, there is free street parking next to the property but it is busy so sometimes we needed to park a few minutes walk away.

  Acc. Expectations.

  Location clean and well equiped including things like wash machine tablets. Wine on arrival. Monika flexible with arrival time (we had delays) and she offered pickup in case of car rental problems. Minor technical issue with shower was immediately fixed. Questions were also immediately responded to. Good to know to have a very responsive and supportive host in case it's needed.

  Parking was supposed to be included. However there was no guaranteed spot. Sometimes available, sometimes out on the street. We however did not have trouble and always had a close spot.

  Would definitely use again

  I can’t fault anything apart from the water in shower went cold very quickly. However we did not complain as we were only there for a few days

  Great winter break

  Good location easy access to buses and bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Golf courses nearby within a 15 minute walk. Lovely walkway to Los Abrigos and a development of the walkway towards Las Galletas is underway. Very quiet spacious apartment with 2 good sized bedrooms and two verandahs which got the afternoon sunshine. Comfortable beds and very powerful shower. Good sized pool with plenty sunbeds. Large screen smart TV with Netflix using own sign in. Good kitchen facilities with microwave, coffee machine and washing machine. Can't wait to go back for another long stay.

  Only one set of keys and not much shade at the pool. No air conditioning which could be an issue in the summer months but didn't cause us a problem in March
