Absolutely unacceptable
Absolutely unacceptable! As soon as we entered the apartment, we realized that the floor was extremely dirty and covered in hair. The oven had a baking tray inside with food left behind by the previous guest. The shower drain and the bathroom mat were also full of hair. There was no toilet paper or any other paper provided in the apartment. We contacted the host about all of these issues, and she told us that she would send a cleaner, but the cleaner never showed up. On top of that, the room light was not working. The clothes drying rack also broke as soon as I hung just two towels on it, causing the towels to fall onto an apartment on another floor. The apartment appears to be unoccupied, and I have still not been able to figure out how I am supposed to get my towels back. Overall, the apartment was clearly not properly cleaned or maintained before our arrival, and the response to the problems we reported was extremely disappointing. This was a very unpleasant experience and certainly not what we expected.
