  The property needs a thorough clean, broken items need replacing or throwing away.

  Plenty of good size bedrooms, location close to Alton Towers. Parking was good.

  Very unclean. Stained bedding. Dirty bathrooms. Dirty kitchen with previous food left in freezer and cupboards. Dirty cutlery and crockery. Broken furniture such as breakfast bar stool, freezer door tray. Very poor standard of cleanliness and repairs. Floor was dirty so the slippers provided was definitely needed. Really unpleasant smell throughout the whole house especially in the middle bathroom on the middle floor.

  Everything, a group of 8 of us stayed mix of kids and adults and it was lovely

  Unfortunately the fridge in the upstairs apartment couldn't be used

  Avoid at all costs

  We didn’t

  Smelt of cigarette smoke, left over cooked food in cooker, stale food left in cupboards, mold in upstairs fridge freezer, dangerous gate panel, foul smelling showers, foul smelling toilets, non communicative hosts. You’re advised to listen to the reviews. Avoid.

  It’s fine for a night but wouldn’t want to stay much longer :)

  Property is spacious and accommodates a large party of people. It is as it looks online.

  The bed sheets didn’t seem too clean and the oven does not cook food thoroughly.
