Prima als het schimmelprobleem is opgelost
Er was een wasmachine, je kon de kleding lekker op het balkon hangen er was een wasrek. Koelkast met vriesvakje was handig. Slaapbank in de woonkamer met traphekje en airco. Airco in de slaapkamer met 2 persoons bed.
Er hing een sterke schimmelgeur. Gelukkig verbleven we maar 2 nachtjes. Ik vond het zelf een beetje rot om te zeggen dus vroeg booking.com Het door te geven zodat het hopelijk is opgelost voor de volgende gasten komen. Helaas werd er vrij heftig op gereageerd door de host en werd het probleem ontkend.

La casa perfetta. La zona invece per due ragazze che vogliono uscire la sera purtroppo non è delle migliori

Sublime è dire poco
Posizione strategica per andare alle Cinque Terre, stazione vicinissima, il centro di Spezia anche (e merita sicuramente), ottimi ristoranti in zona a portata di tutti (Osteria All'inferno sublime a prezzi modici), parcheggio dalle 20 alle 8.30 gratuito se no c'è poco lontano l'ottimo parcheggio DARMI (prime 12 ore gratuite...basta organizzarsi. Consigliatissimo l'abbonamento TRENO, mai viaggiato così tanto in treno, e sono comodissimi. La struttura è ottima e i gestori (Teresa...) anche di più, ottimamente preparata all'interno (aria condizionata al TOP, in questi giorni poi...), dotata di tutto e anche del superfluo. Salvato nei miei preferiti, grazie.

Rekomenduoju.
Labai patogi vieta, traukiniu atvykus 23:00 butą paiekėme per 5 min. Radome viską ko reikėjo, naktį traukinių nesigirdi, parduotuvė šalia. vaikams patiko didelis balkonas :)
