There was a secured, paid parking spot right on the property. Full size washer and dryer shared by the apartments. The apartment was very comfortable. There were good pizza places and gelato within a couple of blocks. It's about a 20 minute walk to the Duomo. Very nice to have complementary water bottles, and bottle of wine when we arrived.
