    Exceptional, flawless... relaxing and great for study/work too.

    This is stated as an exceptional property because it IS EXCEPTIONAL! Wow what a great stay, just everything was perfect and it is a really comfortable place. I had some work to do and it was great that there were various spaces to do this and also I was able to cook for myself and there is everything you need and more. Great responsive host and just fabulous.

    I didn't like that I went to a Sheraton afterwards and it wasn't as good! I have been spoiled now staying at the Annex haha

    Amazingly clean and quiet, well equipped and fabulously comfortable. Lovely, friendly homeowners, and I would highly recommend it. .PS. I'd love to know what shampoo and conditioner was supplied...

    Terrific stay in Carlisle during Hadrians Wall hike.

    Lovely modern, Clean accommodation with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.
