    Great little bolt hole

    Very comfortable and well equipped annexe, self contained from owner’s property. Location was perfect for our needs - short walk into Bracknell for station, shops, bars & restaurants. Hosts helpful without being intrusive - provided a new coffee pot which was kind.

    Brilliant host and a lovely property.

    The property was at a nice calm clean and safe area. The Annex was well presented, clean and we had everything we needed. Monica was very friendly. Communication in email through Booking.com was quick and satisfying. It has its own front door, a little garden area with a table and chairs, which is perfect to have your early morning coffee in peace or watch the birds in the afternoon which my daughter really enjoyed.

    There isn’t anything I can list here, the property was perfect for our expectations. Exactly as described and what you see on the photos.
