    Clean, tidy, comfortable apartment on Southsea sea-front

    Really good location on Southsea sea-front. Very clean, tidy comfortable apartment, well equipped for basic self-catering. Excellent communication from host. A parking space was available when we stayed which was a huge bonus. Would happily book and stay again, very good value for money.

    Although host sent very detailed instructions, access to the building on first arrival is a little complicated, but it's fine once you've figured it out

    À éviter tant que les travaux sont en cours

    Nous avons réservé cet établissement notamment pour sa situation et sa « vue sur la mer » mais nous avons eu une très mauvaise surprise à notre arrivée. Des travaux importants sont actuellement en cours juste devant l’établissement avec un chantier qui modifie complètement l’environnement et l’expérience attendue. L’accès à la plage est également affecté. Le principal problème est que ces travaux ne sont pas suffisamment clairement signalés lors de la réservation. Les photos présentées sur l’annonce ne permettent pas de se rendre compte de la situation réelle sur place. Nous trouvons cela particulièrement regrettable car, sans ces travaux, l’emplacement pourrait certainement être agréable. Nous ajoutons des photos prises lors de notre séjour, afin que les futurs voyageurs puissent se faire leur propre opinion et surtout réserver en connaissance de cause !
