Character pub. Good choice when visiting NEC
A lovely old country pub in the heart of the village. We stayed 2 nights to visit the NEC (20 mins drive ) We received a friendly welcome on arrival. We are there both evenings. The food quality was good and good value. Breakfast, although limited choices, was great
Being an old building the stairs are very steep so may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. The room was clean but the bath panel was broken and needed attention. The church opposite has bells sounding the time all through the night. (not the pubs fault)
