    Beautiful, cosy house in country location

    A lovely, comfortable historic home with plenty room for our party of 7 adults and one child. There is a large garden with outside seating, bbq etc and a really big hot tub which was much appreciated. Beautiful , quiet countryside and places nearby to have meals . We had a brilliant Sunday lunch at Skitby House and an excellent visit to the Solway Aviation Museum. Hadrian's Wall nearby too. Host Jo was friendly and only a call away if there were issues - which there weren't. We were celebrating a family birthday and I would definitely recommend the house as perfect for that.

    As far as we were concerned there was nothing to dislike!

    Quiet area, clean house, host was friendly, everything you need was there. I would stay again.

    Ideal for a large group, plenty of room to do things. Hot tub available fair size garden. Worth the money

    Great stay! Can't recommend more.

    The house was beautiful, everything was immaculate, we had everything we needed, and my brief interaction with the host was very nice. Highly recommend!
