  Complete and utter disapointment!

  I booked this place because it looked really nice in the online photos... What a disaster of a property. The whole apartment is not finished to a good standard, not to mention a high-quality one, as expected. Sold by Corner Plot Getaways as "Luxury serviced accommodation"; what an absolute joke, nothing "luxury" at all here... Having one beautiful statement mirror, a queen-size bed and a large TV doesn't make it luxury.... Basic at best. This is a classic "All fur coat and no knickers" place; it looks elegant and impressive online, but in reality lacks any class or substance whatsoever. Damp and fusty, with water leak stains on walls and ceiling. The whole property is a complete mess, with marked, stained walls and chipped paint. Manky all around the place. Dirty skirting, thick with dust. Noisy neighbours above the property, banging and stomping about. Dog barking past midnight. Dripping tap in kitchen, which drives you absolutely barmy. Cheap, flimsy, extremely basic kitchen setup with low-cost fittings, dirty drawers and a mismatch of kitchen paraphernalia. Not even a proper kitchen bin that works. Lights out, odd bulbs, TV remote didn't work, very basic things that should have been checked. Grotty, mouldy bathroom, with a floor that is extremely dangerous when wet; these are not proper floor tiles (no grip whatsoever), tiles are not even grouted properly. Chinny-thin bathroom towels in a mishmash of greys and whites, some darker towels even stained with bleach. Lacklustre backyard; who wants to sit next to a load of dead plants and look at next door's overgrown garden? Not at all like the images online... It's extremely depressing. Cheap, flimsy, stained and marked furniture not up to the job, which sits alongside old, broken and useless charity shop finds. Dirty, marked sofa and stained cushions. So many faults, but I haven't got a month to spare.

  Clean, central and great value for money. Will stay again

  Central for us. No stairs which is a bonus for older parents. The place was spotless and easy to locate.

  Parking can be a bit tough but there was spaces along the street. TV was a bit difficult to figure out. Possible a how to guide would be good

  Enjoyable but wouldn't go again because of the TV issues.

  Good location, clean and comfortable apartment. Lovely fish and chip shop at the end of the road, highly recommend.

  More storage in the bathroom, no where to put things down. TV was a big issue. All channels had to be accessed by apps. I couldn't find where or how to do this. ( Could have been me) Would have liked some basic channels.
