    Great Value, Clean, Comfortable and Well Equipped

    Very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the studio which had a small kitchen area which was very well equipped. The seating area had plenty of room and was comfortable, there is also a table to sit at. The bed was comfortable. It is in a quiet area very close to the seafront and a short walk from Great Yarmouth’s attractions and town centre. We would book this room again. Great value.

    Ok not worth the money, Great Yarmouth bery tired, guest house better then the area! But not good enough for the rate

    Location amd deciration very good

    Shower is very poor, very little flow! Staff bo idea as they made us feel we were an inconvenience
