MAINTENANCE and a clean would make this property a lovely place but not in its current state without those things being
Great location and staff where lovely when booking in
Poorly maintained and in need of a deep clean On the front door where they used to be a roller blind, a dog blanket had been placed and tied onto the original roller blind brackets with either dog poo bags or food waste bags or some sort. The stairs what filthy and dark dirt marks were on the stairs where peoples feet would hit as they walk up. Hair was found in multiple areas of the property, especially in bathrooms and sinks The sofa bed when pulled out was dirty and had not been cleaned in a long while The beds upstairs were cheap mattresses were springs could be felt and heard every time you turned in the bed. The pillows on the upstairs beds were super thin and provided no real support. We arrived late at night so slept one night as a necessity and left first thing in the morning not staying for the second night
