Great location with some basic things for improvement
Lovely location
The shower is truly small, the shower holding handle worn out, and a basic knife was missing. Wifi did not or barely work, and there was no washing machine.

Very negative experience
Nothing.
My worst experience so far using the services of Booking, I was not accommodated so I can't comment on cleanness and comfort, I can only comment on the host who wasted our first day of vacation. Upon our arrival, we were told there was a mistake (he blamed Booking of course) and there is no room for us. He suggested we go to a nearby B&B, but this place had no phone number, just a keybox, but since we did not have a reservation with them they were not expecting us and we did not have the self check-in instructions. After many hours of phone calls to Booking and at the end of the day, we went to a completely different place. After my review on Google where I describe my experience and want to protect other people, the owner sent me a threatening message in Italian in the chat from the reservation, telling me that he will take legal actions against me if I don't remove my comment, since this happened because of Booking and not him. So if you decide to book this place, be very careful. I don't appreciate the owner's lack of support given the situation we were in. Wasn't he able to notice the double booking earlier and let me know in advance? His reaction and attitude were not professional and customer oriented regardless of which fault it was, in any case not mine. I was being charged, had a booking confirmation and expected to enter my room upon arrival. All he did was to try to get rid of us instead of assisting us with the new accommodation as per Booking's official rules. And at the end of the day even if I was the victim in this whole situation and wasted a whole day of vacation and being so stressed because of his lack of support and confusing guidance (very basic English both from his side and his employee), had to wait a couple of days for my refund, he could not care less and I ended up getting harassed by him for sharing my experience. The cherry on top, honestly. Definitely don't recommend.
