Great place to stay in a lovely location. We had a lovely time here.

Lovely, clean caravan. Well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Nice touches and extras like bottle of Prosecco and cookies when we arrived and nice soap/ shampoos in the bathroom. Host was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. Highly recommend this place and we would love to come back at some point.

Homely relaxation stay with my dog - Great base location , quiet country fields

A 2 night escape with my dog in the country . Lovely homely caravan, all the little touches made it feel like a home. Very well equipped with everything I needed in all rooms. Good facilities on site and easy parking. Onsite pub had really good food and was quiet even in August. Rolling hills surround the park as I sat on the pub balcony watching the sun go down over the hills on the first night as rabbits ran across the fields. Not what I expected from a holiday park as I've only seen noisy seaside ones before. Very dog friendly area to stay in , attractions and places to eat. Highlights of the stay were days at Malham Cove and Linton falls - breath taking ! Thank you for the mini bottle of wine that and Netflix gave me a lovely evening of relaxation. My young Papillon really enjoyed his stay, making doggy friends on site and the fun of the caravan being so different from his home. Would happily come for a night or two again.

Everything was lovely. If I have to find anything I struggled on the firmer memory foam mattress but I do have arthritis in my spine so this isn't uncommon on firm beds for me , however extra quilts were provided and helpful .

Didn't want to give a low rating as we felt it would be unfair to the owner. Susan was really helpful.and understanding when she found out we hadn't received the information she had sent us due to an error on booking.com.

However, our trip would have gone so much better had we received the information beforehand. We didn't know the directions or the key code, we didn't know we had to bring our own towels, so had nothing to dry ourselves with, we didn't know about the fob which meant we had to ask security to let us in and out each time we went on and off-site, we even missed the England game as we didn't know how to work the TV, all of this was mentioned in the information, which would have been really helpful had booking.com sent us everything before our trip (we didn't receive anything until after we had returned back home). We spoke with Susan upon arrival, as we were struggling with directions and didn't know which number holiday home we were in or the code to get the keys. Susan was really helpful and understanding and helped us with this, the accommodation was clean and comfortable, with drinks in the fridge, tea, coffee and some lovely chocolate cookies, and a fan had been supplied as requested. It was just frustrating that everything we thought was inconvenient during our stay wouldn't have been an issue had booking.com sent over the information before we travelled.
