    Would go again but to a lower floor.

    Situation and high standard of room and breakfast.

    Difficult car park payment system complicated. Climbing two stories carrying all luggage up very steep stairs not easy in your 80s.

    I would stay at The lookout in Rye again.

    The staff. When going down to breakfast the gentleman was so welcoming, and he was so polite and nothing was a problem. Its location, its charm, its location, its cleanliness.

    Brilliant room tastly decorated. Good location a veranda to sit out on and drink. Car park on site . Definitely stay again.

    Flush on toilet was noisy and conscious could wake someone. Bathroom was tight with over head shower perfer to have just a shower cubicle only

    Overall we liked the hotel, we have stayed before. However room 19 was in need of a refresh.
