    We felt very relaxed and we thought the staff went above and beyond they all were really professional very well managed

    Great location, food, facilities and friendly staff.

    The spa was fantastic and the rooms were done to the highest spec. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

    The only complaint was that the lift wasn’t working and I had to walk up two flights of stairs.

    Very nice overnight stay

    Friendly, helpful staff Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Relaxed atmosphere

    On a trading estate on outskirts of malvern so quite a walk into the town (But easy to get to by car)
