    Awful, sleepless night

I don’t have anything positive to add

The room was ok but I was kept up all night but a really uncomfortable bed, which caused neck pain that I’ve had to have treatment for and someone was in the corridor on and off until 3am rattling keys and opening doors. The door was poorly fitted and light was shining through the gaps. I’ve never had a worse stay

Good value for money, nice location if travelling by train to Exeter St. Davids station - very close. Short walk (15-20 min) to town centre with cathedral and shops. No shops near by though, at least not ones that are open late. Wetherspoon pub within 5 min walk which is also nice and convenient. The hostess was lovely and the room was very cozy and clean.

Water pressure and temprature could be better. Having thick and long hair I wasn't able to wash it properly. Not a problem for me personally but if one is used to washing hair everyday might be better off in different room here or at another place altogether.
