  I won’t be staying with this company again.

  The view was good, but the doors wouldn’t fully open. The management were aware of this as I saw it in a previous review but they haven’t fixed it.

  There was a sewage problem in Fowey. So all weekend we had a large noisy truck sucking sewage rough outside of the apartment. It was v loud, so had to close the door and windows so was hot. It was in at night and started at 5:30am on Sunday. Our bathroom stank of sewage. I don’t think the company running the apartment cared. I wouldn’t stay anywhere that together travel manage. One of the workmen, who was nice, said he told the cleaners that they would be there all weekend. I said this to the company and they said that wasn’t right. So either saying I’m lying or the worker was. I was also told this isn’t the first time this has happened. The first response I got from them didn’t even include an apology.

  It has everything you need for a wonderful stay in beautiful Fowey.

  We love Fowey and this is a great location with a wonderful view.

  Clean modern apartment in central fowey with a great view of the the harbor with noisy early morning environment.

  Great view, good comfortable layout, clean and modern, central location.

  Given the current heat wave, and no air conditioning some fans would have been nice. despite leaving windows and balcony door open, the apartment became very hot and made sleeping uncomfortable. High noise level from the street in the VERY early morning, first morning trash truck came thru at 4.30 am, lingering and making a LOT of Noise. Second morning same thing at 5:15 am, because of the heat the windows had to be open, and the truck parked immediately under the window for 10 minutes while dumping every can in the vicinity.

  Decent place let down by poor property management, communication, and unresolved issue with its main selling point

  Great location right in the heart of Fowey, with pubs, restaurants, the beach and ferries all within a short walk. Be aware there is no parking at the property, so you’ll need to use public car parks 10–20 minutes away. Unloading can is difficult as the property is on a very narrow one-way street with no place to stop. The flat itself has a good layout. The kitchen, dining area and breakfast bar are adequately equipped, the living room is spacious, both bedrooms accommodate four people, and the bathroom has a good, powerful shower.

  There wasn’t enough stored hot water for four people to shower, with it typically running out after the second person then needed to wait around an hour for it to reheat the water before final 2 people showered. The biggest disappointment was the double doors in the living room, which are a prominent feature in the listing photos. They were one of the main reasons we booked, as opening them would provide fantastic views over the Fowey estuary. Unfortunately, they were broken and would not open. A business owner below the flat told us they had been like this since Christmas, yet we weren’t informed before arrival. The management company initially didn’t respond to our calls, ignored our first Booking.com message, and later claimed they were unaware of the issue, which didn’t match what we’d been told or the obvious condition of the doors (completely rusted mechanisms). No apology, partial refund or goodwill gesture was offered.
