    Very enjoyable

    It was exactly as stated very clean and well kept with everything you needed. Plenty of on road parking and well located for the town, park and beach

    Unfortunately it didn’t suit our needs as my partner has difficulty walking and getting up and down. But it did make us realise that we need to look for somewhere with the same quality but with more disabled facilities

    Lovely location and helpful host

    Very clean and tidy with nice bedding

    The room was not en-suite but this was confirmed prior to arrival

    Location was excellent for us. Easy to park Very clean and welcoming Was told before hand about our bathroom which was no problem at all . Will definitely stay again 😀

    Far, far better than we expected.

    Welcome. Clean. Warm. Cosy. Luxurious. We loved it. Going against in the spring. In the information book Neil mentioned villages worth visiting. We did four and they were lovely. Living in Cornwall we visit west Exmoor. This trip the NW Exmoor was new to us. It was a good experience.

    The shower temperature and volume were erratic. Whilst showering having established a perfect temperature it suddenly became extremely cold. Whist my husband was showering the water stopped altogether then restarted at a different temperature.
