    Uncomfortable

    Location was the only thing we liked.

    The sleeper couch was so uncomfortable and hard, had no sleep on it, it is very cold in the apartment and there was no provision to warm it up in form of a heater or heated blankets, coffee cups were sticky (not washed properly) no sink to wash any dishes that were used, leaving bugs and a smell around the apartment, had no hot water at 10pm at night, toilet paper holder was broken, as was the towel holder.

    The apartment was exactly as shown here at Booking.com nothing misleading. Natalie is the best :-)

    The location was great in a nice quiet area. Also, the place was very clean with comfortable beds. A number of towels were provided which was great since we were a family of 3.

    Due to the cold weather the apartment was cold but there were extra blankets provided.
