    Avoid

    Close to town

    Mould in bedrooms, small toilet leaked and could see it on kitchen ceiling and smelt of pee our entire stay, only the one non recycle bin which was half full when we arrived, handles on doors not attached and fell off, only thing clean was the beds, fridge stinking, avoid at all costs, very poor and shouldn't be on booking.com

    Lovely clean and spacious home. Great location.

    Brilliant location for our stay in Redcar. Perfect home and spacious for a large family and our dog. We loved being so close to the beach.

    We took our six grandkids had a great time all slept well, and had plenty of room would definately recommend

    Very clean and comfortable, ideally situated for sea/beach/ amusements. Large rooms with everything you need. Also very helpful neighbours.

    Difficulty in distinguishing bins, thought i had followed rest of street with colour bin but not emptied as wrong one! Confused. Toaster only half works and one damaged breakfast bar chair. Wifi doesnt reach back lounge.

    The "Perfect" Parade

    location was amazing, walking distance to beach. Amenities were close at hand, i.e pub, shop and chemist. The Parade was an amazing place, large rooms, enough space for a big family.

    Wasn't a problem for us but it could do with a bathroom/en suite to go with the downstairs bedroom. Everything else was amazing!!!
