    Nice and quiet.

    A real gem of a place. Out of the town of Lowestoft, this is just what we needed to rest up. The proprietor Kim has converted part of her house into an annexe for guests. We were the only guests there. Very quiet, and had the luxury of the annexe to ourselves.

    It’s the best place I been for a very long time.the Lady was fantastic.

    The Lady was fantastic

    I find that was a very good place I went to. The Breakfast was fantastic my friend had a lot unfortunately I’m not very good in the morning. It was so much. Only which I had more.

    Wonderful host, wonderful accommodation, wonderful breakfast, would 100% stay again.

    The host is absolutely lovely, everything was clean and in good working order. The room is very accessible and has everything you need. The breakfast was really nice and in a lovely breakfast room.

    I have nothing negative to say, our stay was 100% positive.

    Great place, great host!

    Very nice accommodation, very clean & comfortable. Excellent hearty breakfast with a good variety. The use of the separate breakfast room was a real bonus to the stay!
