    Our stay was very enjoyable. The Royal is comfortable, clean, friendly, well located and brilliant value for money.

    Probably having to walk through the bar as it looks a bit grubby and doesn't give the best first impression. Thankfully it was brilliant once you got passed the bar

    i enjoyed it.

    the room was excellant well apointed and comfortable, the breakfast was great sets you up for the day.

    the decoration was a little dated, and the parking arrangements should be made clear at the time of booking that there was an additional charge.

    Good value for money. Would recommend to friends

    Excellent location, very friendly staff

    The double bed was against the wall meaning one of us had to climb over the wooden end of the bed
