  Wohnung und Ausblick verdienen eine glatte 10 Plus!

  Die Wohnung ist zweistöckig, sehr großzügig geschnitten, wunderschön eingerichtet und blitzsauber. Man hat wirklich viel Platz und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist ein Traum – man kann bis nach Dubrovnik schauen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Vermieterin: Sie war unglaublich freundlich und hat sich während unseres Aufenthalts immer wieder erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob wir etwas brauchen. Hier wird Gastfreundschaft großgeschrieben. Für zukünftige Gäste ein paar ehrliche Tipps zur Orientierung: Die Wohnung liegt in einem Haus mit sechs Einheiten direkt neben einem Nachbarhaus, und dahinter steht eine Bauruine. Von außen wirkt das Gebäude nicht ganz so einladend wie von innen, und der Treppenweg zum Parkplatz könnte etwas sauberer sein. Der Pool ist komplett in Beton eingefasst und liegt direkt unter dem Haus neben dem Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist recht hellhörig und von den versetzten Balkonen aus sieht man die Nachbarn recht gut. Zudem führt die Küstenstraße D8 direkt am Haus vorbei, weshalb die Umgebung nicht ganz so schön ist wie das tolle Innere der Wohnung. Uns hat der längere Fußweg in die Stadt nicht gestört, aber wer ohne Auto da ist oder nicht gut zu Fuß ist, sollte das einfach einplanen. Wegen der tollen Wohnung, der lieben Gastgeberin und der fantastischen Aussicht hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Apartment weiterempfehlen. The apartment is two-story, very spacious, beautifully decorated, and sparkling clean. There is plenty of space, and you instantly feel comfortable. The view from the balcony is a dream – you can see all the way to Dubrovnik. We especially want to mention the host: she was incredibly friendly and checked in on us regularly to make sure everything was fine and that we had everything we needed. True hospitality is practiced here. Because of the great apartment, the lovely host, and the fantastic view, we had a very nice stay.

  The building has six units and sits right next to another house, with a building ruin behind the property. From the outside, it does not look as inviting as it does from the inside, and the stairs to the parking lot could be cleaner. The pool is entirely enclosed in concrete and is located directly below the house next to the parking lot. The apartment is quite poorly soundproofed, and you can easily see the neighbors from the staggered balconies. In addition, the D8 coastal road passes directly by the house, making the surroundings not very nice. The walk into town is quite long, which is fine with a car, but guests without a vehicle or with walking difficulties should keep this in mind.

  We booked the place as a 2-day stopover on the way to Montenegro close to the airport, but the space, the view and proximity to Dubrovnik made our stay in Cavtat a short holiday itself.

  Beautiful resort and apartment, we all had a lovely stay and hope to be back!

  The apartment was the perfect size for our family of 4 with 2 older teens. We all had our own space, own bedroom, bathroom with a large shared space too. The air conditioning was brilliant throughout the property. It was also really handy to have a washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher etc. The hosts were extremely friendly and very quick to respond, helping out with queries and suggestions for our stay. The view from the property was outstanding and both balconies were great, it made our holiday 😍

  A gorgeous apartment with stunning views

  We had a wonderful time at The View apartment. From the moment we arrived we relaxed. The apartment is just gorgeous and is equipped with everything you need. Sitting on either balcony watching the sunset was just perfect. It is a good 15 minute walk into the centre of Cavtat but taxis are easy to find as the walk back is a little harder. Nikollina was always available if needed, she gave us some great ideas of places to visit and resturants to . We will definitely be returning.
