    Location is good, although a hike up the hill from the station or a bus from St Erth (I came in by train). Breakfast was lovely, as the room. Nice and quiet, apart from the road. Could hear the brook bubbling away, just outside the bathroom which was very nice. Place seemed very popular.

    Had to remember to duck when leaving thr bedroom. Owner is very tall, so he must do it automatically. Not really a detriment, but just had to be careful.

    Our short stay allowed me to bring closure to a personal loss and enable new relationship to begin

    Breakfast was absolutely brilliant and the hosts were very friendly, helpful and always on hand to provide local information

    The Wi-Fi for customer use was very poor and if I am being really critical, then the mattress / pillows could have been better (too soft)

    We highly recommend this hotel.

    The breakfast choices were nutritious; a well-thought-out menu, cleanliness. Fun and laughter on our summer .holiday. John and Linda were excellent hosts. The Hotel is situated perfectly for local transport to take you to your destinations.
