A parte gli inconvenienti, bella la vista dalla camera
La posizione. Proprio nel centro storico di Zara, con finestre che danno sul Foro Romano e la Chiesa di Santa Maria. Bella camera, con parquet, armadio, frigorifero, tanti specchi, un ripiano che fa da tavolino, ma anche appoggio per le valige.
La scortesia dell'impiegato che ha risposto al telefono. In camera non c'erano gli asciugamani grandi da doccia, abbiamo trovato solo 3 asciugamani piccoli. (Il terzo doveva fungere da tappettino per la doccia).Noi siamo arrivati in camera la sera verso le 21, perchè il nostro aereo era tardi. Appena ho notato che mancavano gli asciugamani grandi ho mandato subito un messaggio per whatsup. Ho aspettato per più di un'ora, ma non rispondevano. Allora ho telefonato, il tizio al telefono mi ha risposto "è tardi, richiami domani mattina" e ha buttato giù il telefono senza darmi il tempo di replicare. Ma se su booking c'è scritto che fanno i check-in fino alle 23:30, significa che almeno fino a quell'ora ci deve essere qualcuno disponibile sia a rispondere ai messaggi whatsup sia a risolvere piccoli inconvenienti. Non puoi dirmi che alle 22:15 è tardi. E mancavano anche le pile nel telecomando della TV, per cui non abbiamo neanche potuto accendere la TV, (ammesso che ci fossero canali italiani, ma va beh, è il principio: se tu metti una TV in camera, devi darmi anche la possibilità di accenderla, altrimenti, cos'è? un soprammobile?). La mattina seguente la signora delle pulizie ci ha portato altri 2 asciugamani piccoli e pile troppo grandi per quel telecomando

Помешкання жахливе! В під’їзді дуже сильний сморід, в кімнаті теж. Вся ванна кімната в цвілі та іржі, гаряча вода, як виявилось дуже швидко закінчилась. Немає ні халатів, ні взуття, білизна дуже брудна, пил по всій кімнаті. Не раджу за такі гроші!!!
