Pleasant stay, definitely lives up to its name!
Great staff. Friendly, hospitable nature. They ensure to provide all facilities - shaving/dental kit. Breakfast is brought every morning to your room at 8.30 am. Room cleanliness is well maintained. Will visit again.
Washroom had fleas in a corner. Informed the staff, they took care of it immediately. The bed corners are sharp, wooden bits are chipped off at the edges. Be careful, I've cut myself on few occasions. I've informed the staff to take care of the bed issue. Will check again on my next visit.

Comfortable short stay and helpful staffs.
Smooth check-in and the staffs assisted us warmly. Every amenities function well and we had a comfortable stay. Price wise and it’s just 5 minutes walk to The Pavillion Mall, shops and eateries.
It doesn’t have lift, so it might not be suitable for special needs or the elders. Don’t be surprised from the outer look of the hotel. The inside is what matters.
