  Un'oasi di pace a pochi km da Tulum.

  La vista dall'appartemento all'ultimo piano e il terrazzo sono incredibili, da queso punto di vista una delle sistemazioni più belle del nostro viaggio in Yucatàn. La struttura è isolata il giusto, permettendoti di essere a soli 20-25 minuti dal centro di Tulum ma sentendoti immerso nella natura silenziosa. La struttura si trova in una stradina semi privata con un guardiano all'ingresso che controlla chi transita perchè si tratta di una via di ville private e alberghi di un certo livello, quindi non c'è traffico o gente in giro che non alloggi nelle strutture presenti. La casa è davvero grande e con tutto il necessario per cucinare e godersi un pranzo in terrazza. Al piano terra ci sono lettini e amache più che in abbondanza per tutti i residenti dei 6 appartamenti, attorno alla piscina, sulla spiaggia, in mezzo alle palme. La piscina è ben tenuta e della dimensione ottimale, una soluzione perfetta in caso di Sargasso, molto frequente nella zona. A disposizione anche dei Kayak se si vuole girare un pò lungo la costa. Nella proprietà "vivevano" anche un procione e un Cauti, oltre a diverse iguane e enormi paguri, insomma, molto divertente. Non aspettatevi un albergo con tutti i servizi ma più un'appartamento in cui sentirsi a casa.

  Magnifique séjour, je recommande!

  Qualité des prestations, suite spacieuse au rdc, très confortable, vue incroyable sur la magnifique piscine, la plage et la mer et entouré de nature On était seuls (famille de 5) et Enrique et Carmen étaient vraiment aux petits soins avec nous (très discrets mais toujours présents si besoin)

  Rien, il vaut mieux avoir une voiture pour accéder à l’établissement

  1. The location is gorgeous and relaxing 2. Everything related to facilities, services, and the host was perfect 3. You basically don't need to go to any nature reserve when staying here since diverse wild animals and birds are always present at the location

  Sehr ruhige und entspannte Lage. Extrem freundliches Personal. Super schöner Garten mit Tieren. Sehr schöne Wohnung. Late check out war ohne Zuzahlung möglich. Die Strecke zur Unterkunft ist etwas holprig. Aber wer sagt es wäre unmöglich der hat sie nicht mehr alle. Die Straße hat ein paar Schlaglöcher aber alles kein Problem.

  Overall we had a great stay, wished we booked a few more days

  The penthouse was really spacious and I loved the greenery around. The little pool on the balcony was great too. The penthouse had 2 AC units which was very good. They had a 20l water bottle and lots of delicious fruits for us upon arrival lasting for many days, was a nice touch we appreciated. The host was available via WhatsApp and replied quickly to any messages, which was really appreciated.

  1. Dirt road with lots of topes is really bumpy! However, it is not unique to this dirt road, we've been to a cenote and a nature museum, both had really crap bumpy dirt roads. Just something to be aware of. 2. As with many places in Mexico the toilet paper is not to be flushed. Even with collecting it in the bin the second toilet got blocked and overflew on the first morning. Unpleasant, but the host checked it afterwards and we had no further incidents like that afterwards for the rest of our stay. 3. We didn't have wifi for half of our stay as the cables got damaged during some work in the neighborhood. Not the host's fault though, and they provided access to another wifi that worked by the pool. Luckily we had a local SIM with some data we could share via hotspot. However, I need to mention to be fair that during the first few days when we did have wifi, it was speedy enough for everything we needed it. Others will likely have no wifi issues. 4. They say store all your food items in the fridge as little bugs can come in. It is true! I opened a bag of crisps the first night and put it in the Tupperware container I found there so bugs can't access it. However, I didn't notice the seal of the container was broken. The next day it was full of these ever so tiny little bugs I've never seen before - so much smaller than ants. The next day we bought zip lock bags and had no issues afterwards. Bring some with you!
