Guests are required to send a copy of their photo ID (passport or driving license) and front of card used to book within 72 hours of booking, otherwise the booking will be canceled. Check in will not be permitted unless these documents have been provided. For last minute bookings or those booking made within 72 hours of check-in, photo ID/front of card must be sent by noon on the day of arrival. This can be sent via booking.com, our guest management system DUVE or by email/WhatsApp. The minimum guest age is 25 years old. Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult who is 25 years or above. Only the booked number of guests are permitted to use the property. Any additional guests will be charged for and may result in the loss of security deposit. No parties/loud music or anti social behavior allowed. Late check out/early check in can be requested at a charge of £20 per hour. This is granted at the discretion of the property and subject to availability.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
