I liked the view. Also the outside area was okay.
The fans and grill was dirty. There are stains on the beds. The place feels to cramped for four people. Overall wasn't a horrible experience but I do believe a few R100 for a better place would be worth it if staying for a longer period.

Unsafe and unkempt
Nothing that I recall.
The bathroom was very dirty. The gate was always open, so we felt very unsafe, and there was no clear parking space.
