I require a refund as the Villa was rented out to someone else by the owner…..

There was nothing to like - the owner had rented out the property to someone else and did not inform me or Booking.com and I and my family had to find alternative accommodation . I have sent several messages to Booking.com using the chat service and each time received a response advising Customer Services would get back to me in 24 hrs - I have not received a response to date. I can not phone because I only have an e-sim which does not allow numbered calls to be made - I can only phone using WhatsApp which you do not use. I require a refund as I have paid Booking.com in full on Sept 2nd and in this respect can somebody please get back to me by e-mail. I am using this platform to get back to you as it is the only way I can !!
