    Disappointed

    Very close to the rail and bus station.

    I was disappointed I didn’t get the room I had booked. The room details showed it was a separate bedroom, hall and dining area. It was a studio apartment with no wardrobe as advertised. It was very small. The shower door didn’t close so water came out. The hot water ran out one night at 7pm. The balcony/terrace is in poor repair and dangerous. The owners said they have a few ‘deluxe’ rooms so you may not get the one you think. This is not stipulated on the booking. It tainted my stay in a lovely city. The last two phots show what I had booked
