  We enjoyed our family holiday

  The pool was good. Nice quiet area and not overlooked. Comfortable pillows .

  There were some electrical issues with the aircon and fridge but were quickly fixed. Some of the pool seating could do with a refresh.

  Great villa, amazing location.

  The location, 2 min walk to a lovely cove one way and 5 min walk to another bigger sandy cover the other way. And a 10/15 min walk to main strip of Protaras/Fig Tree Bay, and 15 min walk to Lidl. A local supermarket about 7 mins walk. In nice, residential area, so very quiet (a bit of undeveloped land, but not a problem). All the properties looked clean, new and modern. Felt very safe there. The pool was amazing and checked 3 times whilst we were there. Good sunbeds and plenty of outdoor seating - great outdoor space. Comfortable, clean beds. Big TV with English television, but we didn't watch it. Hosts and joining instructions excellent, responded quickly to any questions. Would recommend using Villas2Let for transport to/from Larnaca Airport, during the day 70 euros for 4 of us. 80 euros at night. A/C good, separate controls for each bedroom. Plenty of clothes hangers.

  I wouldn't class it as "luxury". It was nice, but not luxury due to the following: No housekeeping service. We always use villas & timeshares and normally at least one service a week. You had to dispose of your own rubbish in large bins outside the villa before you left or a 150 euro charge!! If you didn't clean the BBQ - another 35 euro charge (which I do understand). Very little toilet paper, so had to buy our own. No frying pan, which we needed. No proper grill for BBQ, had to put together 2 fish trays together to make a rack. No tea towels until we requested them, but they came straight-away. The floors were dirty upstairs, particularly the main bathroom, the Housekeeper came back straight-away, but said it was the floor and couldn't get it any cleaner with a mop (she was lovely and tried her best). No spray to wipe glass table, so had to use dish cloth, so looked dirty and unhygienic. None of these things were an issue and didn't spoil our holiday at all, but because of this I would not call it "luxury". Have stayed a similar properties for less money, so I would say slightly over-priced.

  A comfortable villa in a quiet but accessible location.

  The villa is in a quiet location but within a relatively short walk to the beach and the hustle bustle of the resort. The instructions for getting to the villa and accessing the key were clear.

  When we arrived the alarm triggered but we hadn't been provided with a code to de-activate it. Thankfully Antonis has provided a contact number and he promptly answered his phone (although it was nearly midnight) and was able to give guidance to re-set the alarm.
