    The villa is like the pictures, clean and the staff approachable and helpful

    The pool pump was broken for 2 days so the pool was not cleaned properly.

    Nice villa in a quiet location. A short walk to nearby beaches and also just 15 minutes walk to a local supermarket & restaurants.

    The pool was in bad condition and not cleaned at arrival. The bottom cover was made of some sort of linoleum that had loosened from the base and made dirt "stick" to it. The pool latter was loose and the whole backyard pool area is much smaller than it appears on the pictures. Only a couple of hours of sun per day at the pool area. Lack of maintenance made house interior and outside areas appear somewhat poor, although the villa in general is built in nice construction and materials. Noise from nearby rooster and dogs are quite annoying at night and early mornings.

    Needs improvements

    Property is exactly like the photos. The host was helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were cleaned properly

    The swimming pool wasn’t clean and ready when we arrived. After talking to the host, a guy came to clean the pool and put the necessary chemicals. Also the swimming pool floor is old and detached from the ground which this means it has to be replaced. In the swimming pool area there is no shade to sit. The umbrella is old and doesn’t cover. Even though the rooms were cleaned properly, the outside areas were not cleaned. Also the curtains inside are dirty.
