Rather basic property with good location
Good location with walking distance to downtown Fig Tree Bay restaurants but also a couple of restaurants in immediate vicinity. There is a small beach immediately down from the house which was great for a quick swim in the sea. The house is spacious and air conditions worked very well. There was a starter package with pack of coffee, salt, pepper, tea and a single dishwasher tablet.
I didn't sleep well on the hard mattress. A contact person was assigned to handle issues, and he promised to look into options for a topper or new mattress - but he never followed-up - so rest assured that mattrass is still there. The pillows were also not comfortable. The pool smelled of soap and formed foam when jumping in - likely part of the sanitizing scheme - but really not the kind of pool experience we had hoped for. The deck chairs have no mattrasses. We asked such to be provided but this was declined. I don't understand this - they must be quite cheap and would increase experience immensely - but no. There were no beach towels but we could rent them for 3 EUR each so that was cheap - unfortunately they were all new, so they had no ability to dry anything. Lots of small nuisance issues like a grill grate that didn't fit the grill, tiny toaster where bread had to be dug out manually, no shampoo or basic condiments like cooking oil and dish towels. All in all, a property where little is invested.

We would stay here again.
Great location, we found everything we needed. The view from the window is amazing, with a beautiful sea view.
The air conditioner in one of the rooms was not working, the villa could use some renovation, and the outdoor area was not very clean. However, none of these issues significantly impacted our vacation, and we still enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional
Location was brilliant and very peaceful would book again as really great stay.
Would be nice to have mirrors and hairdryer in all the bedrooms.
