    Worst host of all time

    Worst post booking experience I’ve ever had. Host wasn’t around upon check in / out and proceeded to bombard and harass my whatsapp with messages for payment. Booking.com doesn’t state anywhere that cash is the only method of payment, so we assumed our card would be charged, however as we arrived back to Croatia the host began to threaten us and harass our phones for a payment. I contacted booking, they advised they can send me a secure payment link as I wasn’t willing to pay to a random bank account. Long story short the host is an absolute pest and won’t leave you alone, despite multiple efforts to pay. 100% would not bother.

    Domaćin je otkazao smeštaj jer je uradio double booking NOĆ PRED DOLAZAK. Trudio se da nadje zamenski smestaj za nas i da plati eventualnu razliku, ali je nudio mnogo gore smestaje od svog. Na kraju smo odustali i nasli hotel. Svakako otkazivanje smestaja je neoprostivo i zato je najniza ocena.

    Very good place if you are staying in Mostar.

    It is very conveniently located in the old town where there were restaurants at your doorstep. But the inside kept the noise out which was nice.

    Sometimes the water temperature would go cold during the showers even when the boiler was kept on.
