    Wäre schön gewesen, war es aber nicht.

    Eigentlich ein nettes kleines Haus mit zwei Stockwerken mitten in Puerto del Carmen. Wir waren 3 Kumpels und wolten 3 Zimmer, also schien die Unterkunft perfekt. Kommunikation war problemlos, wir bekamen kurz vorher einen Code für die Schlüsselbox. Zur Ankunft schien die Unterkunft erst einmal OK - bis auf einen unangenehmen Geruch in einem Zimmer (siehe negative Aspekte). Das Haus ist pirma gelegen, hat drei Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss - zwei mit jeweils zwei Einzelbetten und eins mit Doppelbett - dazu zwei Bäder im Erdgeschoss und eins oben. Im Obergeschoss ist das Eszimmer plus Küche sowie ein kleiner netter Balkon. Eigentlich super gelegen, zentral und dennoch ruhig. Wäre perfet für uns gewesen, wenn wir nicht ein absolutes No-Go-Problem da gewesen wäre oder der Vermieter wenigstens darauf reagiert hätte. So: 0% Wiederkehr-Rate.

    Bei Ankunft schien die Unterkunft erst einmal OK, aber ein Zimmer (das große mit Doppelbett) roch extrem unangenehm. Wir haben erst mal alle Fenster aufgemacht und sind - für uns Lanzarote-typisch- feiern gegangen. Nach Rückkehr zeigte sich aber, dass der gut belüftete Raum immer noch extrem stank. De Grund fand sich schnell: eine ziemlich durch-urinierte Matratze - wahrscheinlich war da mal ein inkontinenter Mieter... Unsere Lösung in der Nacht: Wir stellen das Bett und Matratze erst einmal in den Flur und nehmen ein Einzelbett + Matratze aus den anderen Zimmern. Und dabei zeigte sich, dass auch da eine Matratze total durchgeschimmelt war. Die haben wir ebenfalls weggestellt. Trotzdem hatten wir noch eine Bett / Matratzen-Kombination, damit unser Kollege in der ersten Nacht in seinem Zimmer schlafen konnte. Das stank jedoch weiter so stark nach Urin, dass er sich am nächsten Tag ein eigenes Apartment gebucht hat. Der Vermieter hat auf unsere Nachrichten kaum reagiert - er ließ sich Bilder schicken und meinte abschließend "Thanks for letting us know" - es kam weder ein Team, um die Matratzen auszutauschen, noch, um das Zimmer zu reinigen, noch gab es ein Angebot der Kompensation. Krisenmanagement Null. Ich würde bei dem Anbieter (hosticasa) bestimmt nie wieder was mieten.

    Had three lovely nights in this Villa, it’s very central to the nightlife but is in a quiet location.

    It was clean, comfortable and in a nice quiet location just off the main strip in the New Town.

    I had no dislikes about this particular property, it was great!
