Bitter sweet as Lovely Villa and very unpleasant host.
The Villa was beautiful and outside space was very good.
The host was very unpleasant from first meeting and informed me that I would need to carry out extra cleaning due to building work that was ongoing in close proximity. I was not informed that construction work would be taking place at any stage before booking or arrival. The work was going on for 7 days per week. Due to nature of greeting from host I was sensible in recording a video of the villa upon check out to show it was left immaculate. Louise (host) stated that deposit would be affected if we caused damage to parasol as it was new (so with PDC windy, we chose just not to use it) if problems with jacuzzi, if beds stained and if seats left dirty, it was all doom and gloom with Louise. Louise stated to villa owner "I can not believe that these guests have been complemented on their cleanliness and receive excellent feedback following my findings both during the mid holiday clean and on the departure clean". I find this comment both disrespectful and horrible. During the mid holiday clean the problem was that white overthrows for outside seating were dirty, the construction work from outside was the factor due to dust and dirt. From pictures attached the glass table outside was cleaned everyday and this highlights the dirt and dust cleaned daily. I sent video from check out to the owner to show the condition it was left and asked for explanation of what was wrong with villa upon check out, still await a reply. I have attached photos to show the building site close by and the dirt and dust that was cleaned on daily basis.

We booked Villa Lea for our family holiday and it could not have been more perfect. Spacious villa, exactly as the pictures. Comfortable beds. The villa has everything you need. Easy check in and host was very responsive with any queries. Location is perfect, less than 10min walk down to the strip with supermarkets within a 5min walk also. Could not recommend this villa anymore. We look forward to returning!

Disappointing
The property was an ideal size for a family of seven, five adults and two young children. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms, giving everyone lots of space. Perfect location in a quiet area, although there is building work on the street behind. Large pool (but only cleaned once) and well equipped kitchen.
Customer service is non-existent, almost to the point we had no idea who we were dealing with or if we were being scammed. Booking.com, Holidu the agent, Katrin the owner who just WhatsApp out of the blue, not introducing herself requesting email and transfer of a €300 security deposit and Louise the host. Very confusing. Katrin definitely needs a course in Customer service as I found her rude and intimidating. The property was far from clean on our arrival which was midnight, so they had plenty of time to ensure the Villa was spotless. We spent the first day cleaning the patio area which looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. We swept and mopped the kitchen, dining room and living room as it was apparent the floors hadn’t seen a mop and soapy water in a while. The kitchen sink would have been grateful for a splash of bleach as there was stains and food in the plug holes from the previous guests. It’s advisable to report any damage on day one as the property is in desperate need of a cash injection. Broken parasol, which was actually replaced on day four, broken kitchen cupboard doors. The beach towels provided were threadbare, so it might be advisable to take your own. I don’t normally leave a bad review, and I appreciate this property is big, but when we’re were greeted with two elderly cleaners on check out day who were just as rude as the owner asking us at 9.45am (checkout time is 10am “is that the lot of you out” it’s not surprising the Villa is on the grubby side. We actually transferred to Apartmentos Tisalaya as our flight was 10pm, what a difference and this was a budget property, warm welcome, spotlessly clean and very accommodating. Having stayed in Puerto Del Carmen for many many years, staying in various villas, apartments and hotels, Villa Lea has most definitely been the worst. The owner needs to employ decent cleaners, and spend some cash on general maintenance.
