  Great stay! The house was spacious, clean and pleasant. The owner lives in a separate part of the house and is very helpful if you need anything. His family lives there as well, but they are very quiet and you barely notice that anyone else is there. The house has a very large kitchen, comfortable beds and two near-luxury bathrooms, which was especially practical. Wi-Fi was available and worked well enough for our needs. Outside, there are several places to sit, a large separate garden, a whirlpool, an outdoor gazebo and a beautiful flower garden. The owner waters the flowers early every morning, but he does it so quietly that we barely noticed him. The location is perfect for visiting nearby historical cities, and the sea is also within a reasonable distance. I would also say that the gecko on the wall was a definite plus! Overall, a very pleasant stay with plenty of space and privacy. I would happily recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

  The only thing that could be improved is the parking. It is outside the main gate, in the sun and right next to the main road, so parking can sometimes be a little difficult. However, it is absolutely manageable, and there are also parking options in the nearby village.

  La casa è arredata con molta cura ed è presente tutto il necessario, anche in cucina. La casa è strutturata su due piani con scale interne. Il giardino è molto bello, attrezzato con tavolo e sedie e con sdraio per rilassarsi a godersi il silenzio della zona.

  Soggiorno perfetto, villa meravigliosa

  Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa per cinque giorni, includendo anche il periodo di Capodanno, e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente fantastica. La casa è curata in ogni minimo dettaglio: si percepisce subito quanto sia stata pensata con amore. Per le feste natalizie abbiamo trovato una bellissima atmosfera di Natale, con una ghirlanda sulla porta d’ingresso, luci decorative, un alberello di Natale e palline anche all’interno della villa. Un’accoglienza davvero speciale. Il camino crea un’atmosfera calda e molto piacevole, perfetta per rilassarsi. La cucina è nuova, moderna e completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Tutto è in condizioni eccellenti, nuovo o quasi nuovo. Era presente anche una macchina del caffè a capsule, con tantissime capsule a disposizione, oltre allo zucchero e persino dei biscotti preparati per noi: una cura rara e molto apprezzata. La villa era perfettamente pulita, ordinata e arredata con gusto, con piccoli dettagli di design che fanno davvero la differenza. Anche il giardino è molto bello e ben curato. Abbiamo viaggiato con il nostro cane e siamo stati accolti senza alcun problema, cosa per noi fondamentale. Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario, Emiliano, sempre disponibile, gentile e presente: è stato costantemente in contatto con noi e ha risolto subito ogni esigenza. Consigliamo questa villa senza alcuna esitazione. Un soggiorno davvero eccellente, torneremo sicuramente!

  Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

  Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und uns wurde alles gezeigt im Haus und draußen im wunderbar großen Garten hinter dem Haus (nicht zur Straße) zur alleinigen Nutzung mit Whirlpool Pool, überdachter Terrasse, schönen Loungemöbel und zwei Liegen… Küche mit Kapselkaffeemaschine und genügend Kapseln, Kühlschrank mit separatem Eisfach, kleiner /Spülmaschine, toller Gasherd, Backofen… alles da. Im unteren Wohnbereich Küche und großer Wihnbereich, großes WC. Oben dann Bad mit Badewanne (ohne Duschvorhang) und 2 großzügige Schlafzimmer, jedes mit AC, genügend Handtüchern, Bademäntel. Perfekt sauber alles!!! Siena 35 Minuten, Volterra 25 Min und San Gimignano 20 Minuten Fahrtzeit. Der wirklich tolle Ort mit wunderbareren Restaurants, ein Fotomotiv immer wenn wir dort waren, Colle di Val d‘Elsa, nur 5 Min entfernt, mit vielen Parkmöglichkeiten. Ja, wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es sofort wieder buchen! 😊
