A lot of potential, but worn out base, and strange company policies
The villa is a good size, has a beautiful back garden with a pool, and the location is great. There are at least 5 beautiful beaches in a walking distance, and lots of shops and restaurants 5 min. away from the property. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need. The staff was friendly and polite.
The base is old and worn out. I'm still in shock that they asked for €500 security deposit for a villa that is falling apart. It needs urgent refurbishment. Inside the villa was clean, but the outdoor furniture and pool were not.

Great location, lovely villa
Nice villa within a quiet location, small lovely village. Sufficient facilities, restaurants, shops. Villa location is perfect for restaurants and beaches with reliable public transport. Lovely size pool and all facilities that you could need for your vacation.
Outside furniture, cushions could do with replacing from the weathered & worn ones. Pre inspection of the villa prior to guests arriving would assist in eliminating calls to the property management company as bathroom sink didn't empty and the pool hadn't been cleaned properly. Any issues raised were immediately attended to & fixed.
