    Great house for big group

    Great house, in good condition, met our needs as a big group. Would return

    The pool chemicals were a bit harsh, some of the group had eye irritation

    Disaster!

    Location only

    We have been without running water for two nights. The first night, 3 people were left without a bathroom, and the second night 5 people were left without a bathroom. After putting a lot of pressure on the property manager, a water tanker finally arrived and supplied water at around 11:00 p.m. However, the entire night had already been ruined for us and we were unable to go out or enjoy our evening. If we had not had the children with us, we would have left from the very first night. On the second day, a man came to the property to treat the swimming pool and added chlorine. From that day onwards, all of us developed skin reactions that looked like burns, and the children in particular are still suffering from a burning sensation in their legs. For the following days, we were unable to use the swimming pool because it caused burning and irritation to the children’s legs.

    Naprawdę z czystym sumieniem polecamy Villa Serena. Czysto, wszystko w najlepszym porządku. Tak naprawdę bez żadnych zastrzeżeń.
