  A disgusting and deeply disappointing stay—the entire property was dirty and poorly maintained, the room even smelled an

  Nothing. The pictures posted online are extremely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. The hotel looks completely different in person.

  Disgusting and poorly maintained facilities Unfortunately, this was a very unpleasant experience. The hotel was dirty and poorly maintained from the moment we walked in. The bathroom was disgusting, with a very old and heavily stained mirror, a dirty toilet, and a filthy-looking floor. Some of the drawers were literally falling apart. These are basic maintenance issues that could easily be fixed. The beds themselves were comfortable, but everything else— ,the bedding, pillows, blankets, and other amenities, was extremely old and worn out. We booked the room for six guests. There was technically enough space for everyone, but there were not enough towels, pillows, or blankets for all six people. If a reservation is made for six guests, the hotel should have the basic amenities available for six people without guests having to ask for them at bedtime. When we realized there weren’t enough pillows and blankets , we tried looking in the closet, but there were none. We called the phone number listed on Google, and the manager answered. When we explained the situation, he told us that he was having his day off and asked if we could go downstairs ourselves to request the pillows. Seriously? That is not the level of service you expect from a hotel. The pool area was also unacceptable. Some children were urinating at the edge of the pool while their parents, (who appeared to be drinking and paying no attention) did nothing. There were also babies in the pool who were completely naked, without swimming diapers. This was extremely unhygienic. Overall, the entire property felt dirty, neglected, and poorly maintained. The pictures online are extremely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

  Tiene buena relación costo-beneficio la ubicación es buena está cerca de la playa y hay negocios donde puedes comprar alimentos para preparar.

  Creo que falta algo de mantenimiento en algunas cosas. Por ejemplo la parrilla no funcionaba la hornilla más grande, el refrigerador de repente no enfrió más y más tarde volvió a hacerlo, en la alberca hay varias piezas sueltas del azulejo y una lámpara estaba muy salida daba miedo algún toque ahí... Pero en general como mencioné, buena relación en claro y beneficio.

  La ubicación muy céntrica perfecta para ir a la playa y a cualquier local caminando

  Las regaderas que tenían muy poca precios de agua y el internet nunca funcionó y la televisión nunca pudimos ponerla en programación una habitación sin control y fue reportado pero nunca lo obtuve y lo más importante pedí mis habitaciones planta baja y me tocaron hasta tercer piso
