    部屋は清潔で広々としていて、豪華な印象があります。また、敷地内に静かにくつろげるきれいな庭があって、ちょっとした気分転換に便利でした。ダル湖まで徒歩1分程度と近く、ホテルの前に小さな商店があって飲み物やお菓子等を購入できるのもよいです。空港からのアクセスは少し心配でしたが、オーナーのSajad A. Bhat（9419771316）さんが、車を手配してくださり、まったく不便なことはありませんでした。

    Avoid this hotel

    The rooms looks outdated, bathroom was having bad odour, Didn’t look a spacious room .. Breakfast quality was worst, they cooked breakfast in used oil

    The location is good. Though while booking I thought it is located on the boulevard road, but I found it in the lane opposite GHAT NO. 1. Yet, it wasn't too far away from it.

    The menu in the restaurant was quite limited. Also, there were very few people managing all the orders, which included serving the guests in their rooms. As a result we had to wait long for ROTI.
