大変快適に過ごせました。
リゾートホテル跡だったこともあり、全てが広く、宿泊するにはとても快適に過ごせました。
エレベーター降りて部屋までの通路が団地感満載すぎました。

伊豆の夏休み！
毎年5日間程度宿泊しています。キッチンを使って食事を取っています。大変便利に利用させてもらっています。夏休みが終わった頃は静かでゆったり過ごせています。
パーキングの件で一部屋に一台ですとちょっとグループで集まる場合は足りないです。シーズン、シーズンオフと柔軟な対応を期待してます。一台¥1000？伊東市のパーキングの相場でパーキングを考えもらいたいです

大人数の滞在に最適！
部屋がとにかく広い。定員マックスの人数が泊まっても窮屈に感じないくらいの広さ。7人くらいまでは余裕で泊まれそう。ウェルカムドリンクコーナーがアルコールもあり充実していた。お風呂上がりにも飲めるし、アイスキャンディやヤクルトも無料提供なのが最高。
外観が汚い。決して格安ホテルでは無いので、もっと気分良く滞在するためにも、施設にお金をかけてほしい。外壁や窓が汚すぎる。古くてもその辺が行き届いてると気分良く滞在出来る。

花火がみれたのが良かった。
部屋が広く快適です。
移動通路が熱かった。蟹がスカスカだった。ホテルが海から遠い。
