    I do not recommend this property because of how my confirmed, fully prepaid reservation was handled. I booked for my family of five and paid in full about one month in advance. Only two days before check-in, the property informed me of a water supply problem and urged me to cancel the reservation myself. This was risky because cancelling from my side could mean losing the entire prepaid amount. I told Booking.com that I was willing to accept comparable alternative accommodation. However, the property later presented the situation as if I had refused the alternatives, which was not true. According to Booking.com, the property also did not respond regarding alternative accommodation. In the end, Booking.com found another accommodation for us. I appreciate their help, but resolving a problem that arose just before our family trip caused considerable stress and wasted time. I understand that the water problem may have been outside the property's control. My concern is how the situation was handled: the responsibility was effectively shifted to the guest. For an important trip, I would choose another property.
